convenient and clean

railway station friendly staff stylish design
the hotel is close to the railway station, a short walk away. friendly reception staff checked me in quickly. the foyer has a stylish design. the bedroom and bathroom were clean and updated daily!
the music in the common areas was loud. the breakfast area had a broken door to the kitchen that slammed frequently. there was a strong, overpowering scent sprayed in the lobby.

This location is near the train station and central shopping areas. It is very convenient. it's only minutes from new street station as well as many shops! restaurants are nearby, so dining is easy.

the room was a great size and very clean. the bed had comfortable linens and towels! i could not hear guests in neighbouring rooms, so it was quiet. it was very modern.

some issues overshadowed the good

street noise broken air conditioning
the location was convenient to the train station. the beds were comfortable.
my room faced the street and it was noisy even with the windows closed i could still hear everything. complimentary earplugs were provided this was not ideal. the air conditioning seemed broken my room got hot i tried to open the window more but it did little to help.

central location clean room
the hotel's location was AMAZING!!! it was near the train station and the city center, it was so easy to get around. the room i had, the standard king room, was very clean and had everything i needed.
the bathroom felt slightly dated compared to the rest of the room, but it was still functional.

non-functional ac unhelpful staff
I found some issues . The room's air conditioning did not work at all. I was not informed of the issue upon arrival. The staff showed no willingness to assist and that disappointed me.
